About The Owner

Joshua Norman, owner and operator, is Kansas born and raised and wants to bring a “hometown” type of service to every customer!

Josh has his degree in Music and Business and holds low-voltage certifications in audio/visual technology and networking. He is also a proud CEDIA member and is always keeping up on the latest and greatest tech!

Prior to 5by5, he was an AV technician for 10 years working in conferences and events all over the Wichita area and other parts of Kansas.

Josh started 5by5 in August of 2021 with his existing experience and long time passion for audio/video systems and all things “tech”.

Josh has primarily worked in the commercial sector but made the residential addition with 5by5 to offer service in homes as well. It has been very rewarding to elevate his customers’ entertainment experience and meet people where they are…at home.

He has lived in the Wichita area since 2010 and settled down in Derby in 2018.

Gavin is currently taking classes at Butler and pursuing a career in ministry-while also working part-time at 5by5.
