About The Owner

Josh is our owner and lead technician. Josh started 5BY5 in August of 2021 after working in production and AV installations for over 10 years.

Josh has primarily worked in the commercial sector but made the pivot to residential with 5BY5 to offer service in homes as well. It has been very rewarding to elevate his customers’ entertainment experience and meet people where they are…at home.

One of his main focuses this last year has been to simplify his customers’ experience with their in-home technology and add value as a trusted technology partner.

Gavin is currently taking classes at Midwestern Seminary and pursuing a career in ministry-while also working part-time at 5BY5.

Dacia B. Torneden

Office Administrator/Manager

Dacia has been a healthcare worker for 16 years, the last 11 years as a paramedic. She joined 5BY5 as the office administrator/manager part-time to allow Josh to continue to grow and help his technicians grow their skills. Dacia has many years of office experience assisting businesses within the office and running her own business. She loves to support other businesses and cannot wait to watch 5BY5 continue to grow.
